There is a limit on how to use your inspiration in your own stories but this is most likely going to be an lawsuit that Nick can't win. Both characters are approximately 2cm taller than the actual characters. Also, one of Rukia's hair spikes is longer than it should be. The flames? are too blue and there is no Kon. This obviously original work. Vanilla Ice told me so himself.
